Before we process a video, you confirm that you either (a) own the content, (b) have the rights-holder's permission to edit and distribute it, or (c) are using appropriately licensed or public-domain material. Uploading or importing content you don't have rights to — for example, downloading another creator's or a studio's video and processing it — is prohibited and may be copyright infringement.

Clipper is not designed or intended to download or redistribute third-party copyrighted content. Where you paste a link, you must own or control that content, or have permission to use it. Some platforms require you to connect your own account or upload the original file.

If you believe content processed or hosted through Clipper infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at hello@growmywebsite.com with the subject “Clipper.mov DMCA Notice,” including:

• Your contact information and physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification and location (URL) of the material you claim is infringing.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the required statements. We may restore the content if the claimant does not pursue further action.

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
