Content Guidelines
Last updated August 29, 2026
These guidelines describe what can be processed on Clipper.mov and how content is handled. They work together with our Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright Policy.
Rights confirmation
Before processing, you confirm you own the content, have permission to use it, or that it is appropriately licensed. We record that confirmation with your account and the time it was made.
How uploads are handled
- Files are validated for type, size, and duration before processing.
- Source uploads are stored in a private bucket and are not publicly accessible.
- Generated clips are stored so you can preview, edit, download, and publish them.
- You can delete your videos and clips at any time from your dashboard.
Content review
Content may be reviewed — automatically and/or by our team — to enforce these guidelines. Uploads are classified as safe, review required, or blocked. If a video is held or blocked, we'll tell you why, and you can appeal by contacting support.
Prohibited content
Content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, graphically violent, hateful, or that infringes others' rights will be rejected and may be reported. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.
Your privacy controls
You can export your data, delete individual videos and clips, or delete your account entirely. See our Privacy Policy.
