Terms of Service

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Clipper.

You retain ownership of the videos you upload and the clips we generate for you. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and deliver those files as part of the service. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.

Don't upload content you don't have rights to, or use Clipper to infringe others' rights, break the law, or abuse the platform (including attempts to bypass plan limits or overload processing).

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (uploads, processing credits) apply as described on our pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

We work to keep Clipper reliable but provide the service "as is" without warranties. Processing times and AI results may vary. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipper.mov is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
