• Account data — your email, name, and authentication identifiers (via Google, Apple, or email sign-in).
• Content you upload — videos, and links you submit, plus the clips, transcripts, and captions we generate from them.
• Usage data — features used, processing activity, and device/app diagnostics, used to operate and improve the product.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never store your full card details.

To provide the service (processing videos into clips), authenticate you, enforce plan limits, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and improve Clipper. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded audio/video may be transcribed and analyzed by AI models to identify clip-worthy moments and generate captions, titles, and hashtags. Your content is processed to deliver these features and is not used to train third-party foundation models without your consent.

We share data only with service providers that run Clipper on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, storage, transcription/AI, and payments), each bound to protect it, and where required by law.

Data is stored with industry-standard providers and protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

You can access, export, or delete your account and data at any time from the app, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your content within 30 days.
